Minnesota Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. artificial crab meat
3/4 c. fine unseasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Combine artificial crab meat, bread crumbs,
onion
and parsley.
Stir in milk, egg, Worcestershire
sauce\tand
lemon juice.
Mix well.
Shape into 8 patties and pan-fry.
