Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off fat.
    Stir in with other ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
