Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple (with syrup)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large
    bowl
    mix
    dry ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple, raisins,
    nuts and vanilla.
    Mix until all ingredients are moistened.\tThen
    stir
    for
    5 minutes longer. Bake in 9 x 9-inch\tcake
    pan
    at 355\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake leaves the side of pan.
