Brunch Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. (2 c.) ground, cooked ham
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. light cream or milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    few drops bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine ground ham, onions and green pepper.
    Place 1/3 cup of the mixture and 3 tablespoons shredded cheese at one end of each tortilla. Roll up. Arrange tortillas, seam side down, in a greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
