My Favorite Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
4 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Combine egg yolks, water and lemon juice in small bowl.
Then stir into sugar mixture.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in margarine.
Pour into baked 9-inch pastry shell.
Spread meringue over hot filling. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
