Santa Fe Chicken Hero - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
    6 Italian rolls, split
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    lettuce and tomato slices
    picante sauce
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts slightly to flatten evenly.
    Brush both sides with oil.
    Combine seasonings; sprinkle on both sides of chicken.
    Grill over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Turn and grill 4 to 6 minutes more (until tender and no longer pink).
    Top with cheese; allow to melt, about 2 minutes.
    Brush rolls with margarine; grill until toasted.
    Place lettuce, tomatoes and chicken on rolls; top with picante.
    Serves 6.
