Herbed Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
pinch of chopped fresh thyme
dash of lemon juice
black pepper to taste
Preparation

In a small bowl, whip butter with a fork.
Blend in the other ingredients.
On a sheet of waxed paper, shake into a log.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes about 1 cup.
