Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pie shell with top crust
1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pare and slice apples.
Sift dry ingredients together and mix with apples.
Pour in unbaked pie shell, dot with butter and cover with top crust.
Flute edges using thumb and index fingers.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
Serve warm or cold.
