Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed or prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, carrot, sweet pepper and salt together and let stand for 1 hour.
    Boil the sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard for 3 minutes and then pour over the first mixture.
    Let stand until cool.
    Then put in containers and freeze.
