Different Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pineapple, including juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-0
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat crushed pineapple. Add lemon juice and sugar. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Dissolve Jell-O in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to pineapple mixture. Stir well. Set in refrigerator until practically set, then fold in grated cheese and Cool Whip. Pour into a mold and put into refrigerator until set.
