Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

25 large mushrooms, cleaned and destemmed
1 green onion
1 stick butter
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. half and half
4 oz. crab meat, flaked
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mince 4 to 5 mushrooms until you have 1/2 cup.
Mince green onion to make 1 tablespoon. Saute minced mushrooms and onion in 1 tablespoon butter until all liquid evaporates. Add a pinch of salt and parsley; mix well.
Cool.
