Kielbasi Bean Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasi
    1/3 c. water
    6 small onions, cut in half
    4 small potatoes, quartered
    3 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 medium green pepper, cut up
    3/4 c. vegetable juice cocktail
    2 cans (16 oz.) pork and beans
    1 lb. flounder
Preparation
    Bring sausage and water to a boil over medium heat in a 6-quart saucepan.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until sausage is brown.
    Remove sausage and set aside.
    In same pan, cook onions, potatoes, carrots and green pepper until all are brown, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in juice cocktail and sausage; reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in pork and beans until heated.
