Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. diced pimento
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut 15 minutes in a colander.
Cut with scissors into one-inch pieces.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cover and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Yields 10 servings.
