Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained (reserve nectar)
1 c. reserved apricot nectar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Puree apricots until smooth.
Combine apricots and next 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; simmer over low flame until sugar dissolves.
Cool slightly.
Stir in orange juice.
Chill before serving mixture.
Can be stored up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
