Barbecue Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 bottle Kraft barbecue sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    salad oil
    flour
Preparation
    Cut round steak into finger-size strips.
    Salt and pepper. Flour both sides of strips and brown good on both sides in skillet. After all strips have been browned, drain grease from skillet and wipe clean with paper towel.
    Place strips back in skillet and cover with barbecue sauce.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
