Ingredients

3 cans sliced beets
1 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
24 whole cloves
3 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. beet juice
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Drain
liquid from beets.
Mix all ingredients in a pan and cook
for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
When cool, store in fridge.
Delicious!
May eat as vegetable dish. Add to salads or spoon over cottage cheese.
