Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. margarine or butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. oatmeal (quick)
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Cook sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 2 minutes.
Start counting when mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
Remove from heat and add oats, nuts (optional), peanut butter and vanilla. Beat well until blended.
Spoon onto waxed paper.
