Meat Balls With Buttermilk Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (lean)
    1 lb. pork sausage
    12 crackers, crumbled fine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 pkg. Lipton's beef and mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small can mushrooms and stems
Preparation
    Add
    enough buttermilk to mix.\tMake into meatballs and brown in\ta
    frying
    pan.
    Put
    in
    a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Make sauce of 1 package of Lipton's beef and mushroom soup and buttermilk.
    Pour
    this
    over
    meatballs.
    Bake
    at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
