Creamy Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. firm margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli until almost tender.
Place broccoli in ungreased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth.
Pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix bisquick and margarine with fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle over cheese.
Bake until top is light brown, about 20 minutes.
