Texas Crab Grass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter (no substitutes!)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Melt butter and add garlic and onion. Saute until soft.
    Add spinach. Cook about 5 minutes. Add crab and cheese.
    Heat through. Serve hot with crackers.
