Turkey Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked turkey
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered, toasted almonds
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
Stir soup into mayonnaise; toss with turkey mixture.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with noodles and bake another 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Serves 6.
