    1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 bell peppers, finely chopped
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    finely chopped fresh jalapeno peppers *
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    *For hot, use 10; for medium, use 7 and for mild, use 4.
