Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
juice of 1 lemon and grated rind and orange juice to make 1/2 c.
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and water.
Cook until thick.
Add juice of lemon, rind and orange juice.
Add slightly beaten egg yolks.
First, add a little hot mixture to egg yolk; mix.
Add a little more hot mixture to egg yolks to warm eggs, then add all eggs to mixture.
Cook one or two minutes.
