Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole bowl with whisk until blended.
In separate bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa.
Spread over top of previous mix.
Then pour hot water over top of all the ingredients.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Test for doneness with knife to see if bottom is gooey and top is set.
