Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. frozen small green peas
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except potato chip crumbs.
Spoon into shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
(Spray dish with nonstick spray.) Crush chips to fine crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly throughout. Makes 6 generous servings.
