Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick Parkay margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; add flour and eggs and beat well. Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked shell and sprinkle nutmeg as desired on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Yield:
    1 pie.
