Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
    1/2 stick margarine (4 Tbsp.)
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package. Drain water. Add Velveeta (cut in cubes) and 1/4 stick of margarine to broccoli. Microwave until it melts. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Melt 1/4 stick of margarine. Pour over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 or microwave until bubbly.
