German Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. Velveeta or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted water.
    Saute onion and celery in butter until golden.
    Add pepper.
    Blend into cooked noodles in 2-quart casserole.
    Add sour cream, cottage cheese and 3/4 of shredded cheese.
    Pour beaten eggs over all and blend gently. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over all and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
    May be made in flat pan and cut into squares.
