Crumbed Julienne Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium carrots
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    fine cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook whole carrots in a small amount of water with honey until tender.
    Drain.
    Cut carrots lengthwise into strips and roll them in egg, then in cracker crumbs.
    Saute lightly in hot butter.
