Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
2 slightly beaten eggs
pie crust
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt; stir in next 3 ingredients. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Cook and stir 2 minutes.
Stir in eggs and cook 2 minutes longer.
Pour into pie crust.
Top with whipped topping.
