Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 pkg. Rich's brown seasoning
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 can vegetarian vegetable soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Put ground meat in buttered casserole; do not pack.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix and chopped onion and cover with layer of sliced potatoes.
    Sprinkle with brown seasoning.
    Mix together canned soups and pour on top of potato layer.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
