Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwaveproof bowl, combine all ingredients, except broccoli.
    Stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
    Add broccoli.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook on 70 for 13 to 14 minutes, or until broccoli is fork-tender.
    Stir once during cooking time.
    Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with small raw broccoli florets.
