Porcupine Meat Balls(Club Member: Jason Harvey) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 stick oleo
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. salt
14 oz. bottle catsup
14 oz. bottle water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except catsup and water. Mix well and shape into small balls. Place in baking dish and cover with catsup and water mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 minutes.
