Barbecued Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, lemon juice, oil, onion and pepper.
Place flank steak in container.
Pour mixture over top and prick meat with fork.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Turn steak over several times.
(The Tupperware marinade pan works great; just flip.)
