Purple Cow (Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box raspberry or blackberry Jell-O
    1 can blueberries
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or 8 oz. commercial dairy whipped topping
    1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
    Drain fruit for 1 cup cold liquid and add to Jell-O mixture.
    Add drained fruit when Jell-O has become slightly thickened.
    Gently fold in whipped cream and nuts.
