"Suck-Up" Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4-4 1/2 lbs. Lean Beef (1-inch Cubes)
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
3 qts. Potatoes (Peeled & Cubed)
2 qts. Carrots (Thinly Sliced)
3 c. Celery (Chopped)
3 c. Onion (Chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dried Whole Thyme
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Preparation

1. Brown beef cubes in hot oil in a large kettle; drain well. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. 2. Add boiling water until mixture is covered.
Continue heating with kettle covered until meat and potatoes are tender.
Add additional seasonings as desired.
Serve to your boss.
