Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish; top with 1 stack Ritz crackers (crushed).
    Drizzle 1 stick melted butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
