Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened (do not beat).
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
    Spoon into three 9-inch well-greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool completely.
    Frost each layer with Cream Cheese Frosting.
