Dietetic Cranberry Jello Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. D-Zerta cherry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
8 envelopes Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. cranberries
2 apples, cored and diced
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 stalks celery, diced
Preparation
-
Dissolve Jell-O and Sweet 'N Low in hot water.
Add lemon juice, pineapple juice and water.
Let set.
Stir in fruits and celery and pour into mold.
One-eighth of mold equals 1 fruit.
