Lime-Ginger Salmon - cooking recipe

1/2 Tbsp. chopped ginger
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Key Largo bottled lime juice or fresh lime juice
1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
4 (4 oz.) fresh salmon fillets
Preparation

Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil.
Spray pan with nonfat butter spray.
In blender, combine ginger, sugar, lime juice and soy sauce until smooth.
Place salmon fillets on broiler pan; brush fillets with glaze.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn fillets over and brush with remaining glaze; broil 5 minutes longer, until fish flakes easily with fork.
