Mom'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Coat beef with flour and brown in
    hot oil. Add all ingredients and simmer about 2 hours.
    Stir often so it does not stick to bottom of pan.
    You may have to add a little more liquid. There should be about 2 cups of thick, dark sauce.
    Serve over noodles.
