Creamed Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Bring water to boil.
Stir in rice and bring back to boil. Boil 5 minutes.
Drain off water.
Add milk, butter and salt. Cover and turn heat down to simmer.
Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This is especially good with \"Pumpkin Blossoms\", sliced tomatoes on the side with a sprig of parsley for color.
