Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash (yellow/summer)
1 medium carrot, grated
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
butter or margarine
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Spread a layer of bread crumbs in a greased casserole.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over bread crumbs.
Add another layer of bread crumbs on top. Dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
