Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs with electric mixer.
    Then blend in other ingredients and mix well.
    Turn into greased 9-inch deep dish pie pan (or two shallow 8-inch pans).
    Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    This pie makes its own crust.
    Pie is better made a day ahead.
