California Onion Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. skim milk
2 unsalted beef bouillon cubes
3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. green onion, chopped or 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
Preparation

Mix milk and bouillon cubes in blender until bouillon dissolves.
Add remaining ingredients, except onion, and blend at high speed until smooth.
Stir in onion.
Use as a dip for raw vegetables. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
