Lobster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. boneless lobster or crab
    3 c. seasoned croutons
    2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix soup, mayonnaise and sherry.
    Stir in milk; combine with remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Turn into 3-quart baking dish; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (40 minutes if it has not been refrigerated).
