Cream Of Rice And Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion
    1 c. celery
    1 large can of mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Saute butter, onion, celery, and mushrooms until the vegetables are tender.
    Add 2 Tbsp. flour.
    Bring to boil.
    Add broth, rice, salt, and pepper.
    Boil until somewhat thickened. Add 1/2 c. whipping cream and let boil for 1 minute.
    Add thyme and marjoram.
    Serve warm.
