Hillary'S Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Bring potatoes to a boil in a saucepan; immediately drain and transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    While potatoes boil, make white sauce:
    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to bubble.
    Remove from heat; slowly add milk, while stirring.
    Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Add cheese and stir over medium heat until melted.
    Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until bubbly.
