Potato-Pepperoni Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    5 large potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/8-inch thick slices
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
    2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Over medium heat, in skillet, melt margarine and remove from heat.
    Add potatoes and onion on bottom and slightly up side of skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover skillet.
    Over medium-low heat, cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese; top with 1/2 tomato sauce. Arrange pepperoni and tomatoes over sauce; top with remaining sauce.
