Oven Baked Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 lb. pork spareribs or pork chops
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Use cooking bag and shake flour in bag. Add all other ingredients to flour in bag.
Add ribs or chops to cooking bag.
Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Punch small holes in bag to keep from bursting and add a little water in pan while cooking.
This helps keep meat moist.
Cover lightly with foil.
